  The bald man answering the phone began raising his voice while on the telephone because he couldn't figure out why I wanted a large white rice with my order. I also told him that yhe extra charge was not a problem. I asked him to refrain from speaking to me in such a tone and he continued. I asked him to speak to me with respect and he hung up. I drove to the store and preceeding to explian to him that his customer service was not very good. The food here is great, but I do not appreciate being yelled at because of his difficulty understanding my requested order. He ended giving me a free shrimp fried rice.
